International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Human Society — Understanding the Human Side of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is transforming how people work, communicate, access information, make decisions, and interact with institutions. From healthcare and education to employment, governance, security, and social relationships, AI systems are becoming part of everyday human experience.

Technological development, however, moves faster than social research, ethical frameworks, and public debate. Researchers, policymakers, businesses, and communities need shared spaces to close that gap.

The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Human Society takes place in Toronto, Canada, from 9–11 July 2027. It creates an international platform for exploring the relationship between artificial intelligence and human society, bringing together researchers, technology professionals, policymakers, educators, and social scientists to discuss how AI can be developed and applied in ways that support human values, fairness, transparency, and social well-being.

The programme focuses on interdisciplinary research connecting technology with human experience, social structures, public policy, and ethical decision-making.

Participants present research through oral, poster, or virtual formats, receive constructive feedback, explore publication opportunities, and join an international community working on the future relationship between AI and society.

Not only What AI makes possible, but what AI is responsible for.

Get Published and Increase Your Research Visibility

Authors have two main options when it comes to publishing their work.

One option is to have their abstract in the conference abstract book (ISBN) and their paper included in the conference proceedings, which come with an ISSN and a unique DOI for each paper. These proceedings will later be reviewed and included in Google Scholar, which helps make the research easier to find and may lead to more citations.

  • ISBN
  • ISSN
  • DOI per paper
  • Google Scholar

The second option is to submit the paper to be considered for publication in academic journals that are indexed in well-known databases such as SCOPUS, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. However, whether a paper is accepted for journal publication is entirely up to the journal editors.
