Conference Abstract Book
All accepted and registered abstracts will be published in the official Conference Abstract Book, which carries an ISBN. The Abstract Book will be available during the conference.
Paper Publication via Conference Proceedings
All accepted full papers will be published in the official conference proceedings (unless asked otherwise by the author(s)). The proceedings have an ISSN, and each paper receives a unique DOI, allowing it to be permanently accessible and easy to cite. The proceedings offer open access to increase readership and reach.
Publication Opportunity in Indexed Journals
The Organizing Committee works with several internationally recognized journals, including those indexed in renowned publication databases. Upon request, authors receive advice on how to submit their work for possible journal publication. Whether a paper is accepted for journal publication is entirely up to the journal editors, based on the results of the double-blind peer review.
Peer Review and Editorial Process
Every full paper submitted goes through a double-blind peer review. Authors may be asked to make revisions to meet the standards set by the editorial board. The final decision on whether a paper is accepted is made by the Scientific Committee, ensuring that the process is fair and transparent in every publication opportunity.
Double-Blind Review
Every full paper submitted goes through a double-blind peer review evaluating originality, methods, relevance, and clarity.
Revisions
Authors may be asked to make revisions to their manuscripts to meet the standards set by the editorial board.
Committee Decision
The final decision on whether a paper is accepted is made by the Scientific Committee.
Indexing and Visibility
Each paper published in the proceedings is registered with Crossref and receives its own DOI, so it can be cited and found through a permanent link. The proceedings are indexed in Google Scholar, and applications may be made to further services such as the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Inclusion in any index or service is decided by that service and is not guaranteed.
Plagiarism Policy and Publication Ethics
The conference committee follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Every online submission is checked using Crossref Similarity Check (powered by iThenticate) before it goes into review. If a submitted full paper is found to contain plagiarism, it will be rejected immediately. This process helps ensure that all published work meets ethical standards.
Important Publication Dates
Submitting a full paper is only possible after your abstract has been accepted and you have registered for the conference. Dates may change based on editorial workflow and partner publication schedules.
