Participation and Presentation Modes

AIHSCONF offers several ways to join the conference. The Scientific Committee confirms the final presentation format for accepted submissions.

Oral Presentation

Oral presenters deliver a scheduled presentation of approximately 15 minutes. They may use PowerPoint, PDF, or another suitable format and should arrive early to test any required equipment.

Oral presenters can attend on-site sessions, ask questions, network with participants, and join the free Toronto city tour.

Poster Presentation photo

Poster Presentation

Poster presenters display an A1 poster based on the accepted abstract. The poster should present the title, author names, affiliations, key methods, findings, and conclusions in a clear visual format.

Presenters bring the printed poster and discuss it directly with attendees during the assigned session.

Virtual Presentation photo

Virtual Presentation

Virtual presenters join through the conference webinar platform. This option allows accepted authors to present live, answer questions, and take part without traveling to Toronto.

Virtual participants receive access and technical instructions before the conference.

Choosing the Right Format

Think about the audience you want, the kind of exchange that suits your work, and your travel and schedule constraints.

Oral presentation is for a structured and live presentation, debate, and feedback.

Poster presentation suits focused visual exchange and networking.

Virtual presentation is for participation flexibility and when travel is not possible.
