Help & Support: Your Questions Answered

Submission & Registration

What does an abstract need to include?

Abstracts should be 150–250 words, include 3–5 keywords, and address a relevant issue in Artificial Intelligence and its impact on human society.

When is the abstract submission deadline?

The current abstract submission deadline is 18 June 2027.

How is my work reviewed?

Eligible submissions are assessed through double-blind peer review. They must be original, approved by all co-authors, and may be screened with Crossref Similarity Check powered by iThenticate.

When is my presentation place confirmed?

An accepted author’s presentation place is confirmed after registration and payment have been completed.

Can I attend without submitting a paper?

Yes. Listener registration is available for participants who wish to attend the programme and networking sessions without presenting a paper.

How do I revise my submission or send my full paper later?

Use the Update an Existing Submission link provided in the relevant conference email and quote your original submission ID and email address. If reviewers requested revisions, follow the deadline in their email. Later full papers follow the separate full-paper deadline. An update is applied only after the team checks and confirms it. Do not submit the same paper again as a new submission.

Can I use generative AI when preparing my submission?

Generative AI may be used only to improve the language or readability of the authors’ own text. The tool, purpose, and human review must be disclosed. Basic non-generative checks do not require disclosure. AI cannot be an author or replace original research. AI used as a research method must be described in the methodology.

How do I correct registration details or request a missing document?

Contact the conference team with the attendee’s name, registration email, and order or registration reference. Identify the attendee separately from the booking contact when another person completed the registration. Do not register or pay again to request a correction or another copy.

Payment & Discounts

Where can I see registration fees and payment options?

The official registration form lists the current fees, registration categories, and available payment options.

What are the registration deadlines?

Early registration closes on 15 February 2027. Late registration closes on 29 June 2027.

Are group arrangements available?

Any group arrangements or discounts, if available, are shown in the registration form or can be confirmed by the conference team.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. Participants who need an invoice should provide the required billing details before making payment.

Can my university receive a pro forma invoice before paying?

Yes. Use Request a Pro Forma Invoice and provide the institution’s billing details, attendee names, and required registration categories. After the institution pays, complete the normal registration form and upload the transfer receipt. An invoice request does not complete registration, reserve a place, or extend a fee deadline.

Are accommodation and travel included?

No. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, participants arrange and pay for their own accommodation, travel, airport transfers, and visa costs.

What are the cancellation terms?

The applicable cancellation and transfer terms are provided during registration and in the Terms & Conditions.
